JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with target audiences.
Manage and curate content for social media platforms (images, captions, videos, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to stay ahead of the curve.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interaction.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure the brand voice is consistent across all platforms.
Analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
Handle social media ads and budget management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Strong understanding of analytics and insights tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams (design, content, etc.).
